Dane logowania (numer telefonu w usłudze Firebase Authentication) są usuwane natychmiast po potwierdzeniu (jeżeli aplikacja nie może ich usunąć od razu, np. po dłuższej sesji lub bez połączenia z internetem, wylogowuje Cię, a robi to administrator w ramach tego samego zgłoszenia). Karta członka w bazie klubu — a także profile dzieci dodane pod Twoim numerem — zostaje w tej samej chwili oznaczona do usunięcia wraz z datą zgłoszenia. Administrator klubu widzi takie zgłoszenia na początku listy członków i usuwa kartę ręcznie po rozliczeniu karnetu — nie później niż w ciągu 30 dni od zgłoszenia. Jest to zobowiązanie klubu wykonywane przez administratora, a nie automatyczny proces.
Jeśli nie masz już dostępu do aplikacji lub telefonu, wyślij prośbę e-mailem na info@bksrocky.pl z numeru telefonu lub adresu e-mail podanego w klubie. W treści podaj imię, nazwisko i numer telefonu użyty do logowania. Konto usuniemy w ciągu 30 dni i potwierdzimy to zwrotnie.

In the app: sign in with your phone number, open the Profile tab, scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm. Your sign-in credentials (phone number in Firebase Authentication) are removed immediately after you confirm; if the app cannot remove them right away (e.g. after a long session or while offline), it signs you out and the club administrator removes them as part of the same request. Your member record (and any child profiles added under your number) is flagged for deletion together with the request date; the administrator sees pending requests at the top of the member list and deletes the record manually after settling your membership — within 30 days at the latest. This is a club commitment carried out by the administrator, not an automated process.
Without the app: e-mail info@bksrocky.pl with your name and the phone number used to sign in. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Deleted: phone number and sign-in account, name, date of birth, gender, training group, e-mail, class bookings and attendance entries, membership status and the payment records stored in the app, child profiles with their bookings. Retained: accounting documents for membership payments, kept outside the app (paper records or the club's accounting system) for the statutory period (5 years), not linked to the app account; data needed to establish or defend legal claims, until the limitation period expires. Partial deletion or correction of data without closing the account is also available on request.
