Group passes: 8, 12, 16 entries and OPEN

The rule is simple: the more entries, the cheaper each session works out. The difference between 8 and 16 entries is just under 9 zł per session — nearly a third of the price.

  • 8 entries (221 zł) — two sessions a week. A good start if you are only just building a routine or your work schedule keeps changing.
  • 12 entries (269 zł) — three sessions a week. The most common rhythm for someone who wants to genuinely improve technique and fitness, not just "move about a bit".
  • 16 entries (299 zł) — four sessions a week. The choice for people who treat boxing as their main activity.
  • OPEN (319 zł) — unlimited entries within 30 days. Worth it when you train five times a week or more, and also when you want to combine the adult group with Saturday strength and conditioning.

When OPEN really pays off

OPEN costs only 20 zł more than the 16-entry pass. If you know you will turn up at the club 17 times or more, the maths is obvious. If you realistically train twice a week, you will overpay — better to take a smaller pass and use it up in full.

30-day validity — it matters

A pass is not a year-round subscription, just a pool of entries for one month. Before you pick 16 entries, look at your calendar: a business trip or a week off can turn the "cheapest" pass into the most expensive one. The class timetable will help you plan.

The family pass — when it makes sense

The family pass is priced per person: 199 zł for 8 entries, 225 zł for 12 entries and 245 zł for 16 entries. With 16 entries a single session costs around 15 zł — the lowest rate in the whole price list.

This option makes sense when:

  • a child from the 6–9 group or a junior aged 10–15 trains together with a parent,
  • siblings come to the sessions,
  • two adults in the family train.

Example: two people on a 12-entry family pass is 450 zł a month for 24 sessions of 1.5 hours in total. We described the children's groups in the article Boxing for children in Szczecin. It is best to confirm the family pass terms directly at the club.

Single sessions and self-guided training

Single session — 40 zł. Entry to one group class with a coach. It works well when you are passing through Szczecin, coming back after a break, or want to see what a normal session looks like before committing to a pass.

Self-guided session — 20 zł. You use the gym and the equipment at your own pace, without a coach leading you. A good option when you want to add bag work or skipping on days when your group is not on.

Do the maths: four single sessions come to 160 zł, while an 8-entry pass is 221 zł. From six sessions a month onwards, the pass wins.

What you get for the price of a session

The price of a pass is not just "entry to the gym". One session at BKS Rocky lasts 1.5 hours and is led by a coach.

  • Warm-up and conditioning work.
  • Technique: stance, footwork, punches, defence.
  • Pad work with the coach and work on the bags.
  • Drills in pairs and, at a later stage, sparring matched to your level.

Adults train in groups of mixed levels — beginners alongside more experienced people, with the coach adjusting the workload. Classes are run by coaches with competitive experience; you will find their profiles in the Rocky Team coaches section.

For your first session, comfortable sportswear, a spare pair of trainers and water are enough. Ask about gloves, wraps and the use of club equipment when you sign up — the coach will tell you what is worth buying first. You will find more details in the article Your first boxing session: what it looks like and what to bring.

First session free

Before you spend a single złoty, you can come along for a free trial session. It is the fairest way to compare clubs in Szczecin: you will see the gym, meet the coach, check whether the pace of the class suits you and whether the atmosphere is one you want to come back to.

There is no sparring in the first sessions. You learn stance, movement and the basic punches — at your own pace. Book a trial session and only then choose your pass.

How to match a pass to your schedule

Start with the realistic number of days you can get to the gym. The timetable looks like this:

  • Mon/Wed/Fri: 17:00 Junior, 18:30 and 20:00 Adults,
  • Tue/Thu: 09:30 Open group (for adults, beginners included), 17:00 and 18:00 Children, 19:00 Adults,
  • Saturday: 11:00 Strength and conditioning, 12:30 Children + junior.

Three typical scenarios

  1. You work full time and can make two evenings a week — the 8-entry pass (221 zł), e.g. Monday 18:30 and Thursday 19:00.
  2. You have flexible hours or work remotely — the open group on Tuesday and Thursday at 09:30 plus one evening, so the 12-entry pass (269 zł).
  3. Boxing is your main sport — weekday sessions plus Saturday strength and conditioning: the 16-entry pass (299 zł) or OPEN (319 zł).

A wallet-friendly rule: buy the smaller pass for the first month, check how many times you actually turned up, and only then move up to a bigger one. The club is open six days a week, so it is easy to shift a session to another day.

Where you train and how to ask about the rest

The club is at ul. Jagiellońska 67 in central Szczecin, a spot you can reach from most districts without rearranging your day. Opening hours: Monday–Friday 09:30–21:00, Saturday 11:00–14:00, closed on Sunday.

Personal training prices are not listed in the price list — we agree them individually, as they depend on your goal and how often you train. Write or call: +48 579 118 191, info@bksrocky.pl, or use the contact details and map.

You have the numbers — now all that is left is to check whether this is your place. Take a look at the full pass price list and come along for a free trial session.
